Demand for skilled educational leaders is growing as schools seek visionary, effective leadership. The K-12 Leadership Certificates at Western Oregon University equip educators with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to excel in leadership roles. Through evidence-based practice and real-world application, students learn to support and facilitate learning within their professional contexts while developing key leadership attributes. Ready to take the next step? This certificate can also serve as a pathway toward a Master of Science in Education degree.
