*All students wishing to participate in commencement and/or hooding ceremonies are required to apply for graduation in Experience. This includes those from summer and fall that wish to participate in the spring ceremonies prior to their official graduation term.
Summer Term 2026

| For Summer Completers: Last day to submit Application for Graduation for your Master’s Program — Completed in Experience via your student portal (instructions) | July 3, 2026* |
| Last day to submit pre-approval form required for all thesis, action research, or professional projects | July 6, 2026 |
| Holiday | July 3, 2026 (for Fourth of July) |
| Approved Thesis, Professional Projects, or Action Research Projects due to Graduate Office (All final evaluation forms for Portfolios must also be received by this date) | September 2, 2026 |
| Term Ends | September 4, 2026 |
| Hooding Ceremony for Graduate Students | June 12, 2026 |
| Commencement for all students | June 13, 2026 |
Fall Term 2026
| Classes Begin | September 28, 2026 |
| For Fall Term Completers: Last day to submit Application for Graduation for your Master’s Program — Completed in Experience via your student portal (instructions) | October 9, 2026* |
| Last day to fix incomplete grades for comprehensive exams | October 9, 2026 |
| Last day to submit pre-approval form required for all thesis, action research, or professional projects | October 9, 2026 |
| Comprehensive Exams Due to Program Coordinator | November 4, 2026 |
| Holiday | November 26-27, 2026 (Thanksgiving) |
| Approved Thesis, Professional Projects, or Action Research Projects due to Graduate Office (All final evaluation forms for Portfolios must also be received by this date) | December 9, 2026 |
