Calculating Cost

The cost of your degree depends on many factors, including:

  • Scholarships or student employment you receive
  • Time to complete

In addition, WOU many change tuition and fees between today and when you finish your program, changing the overall cost estimate. The total cost of attendance will depend on the number of credits taken, your financial aid package, books and supplies needed for different courses, and personal spending habits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I complete my entire program online?

WOU offers many master’s degree programs and certificates online. Some licenses that are awarded with degree are subject to state approval. Student teaching requirements are done in-person. Learn more about WOU’s programs and state licensure at State Authorization Page.

What does hybrid mean?

Hybrid degree programs are academic programs that divide time between online and in-person instruction. Our current hybrid programs have meetings once a week or as little as once per month at our Salem or Monmouth campuses. Many of these hybrid programs allow flexibility for students living out of range of campus.

How do I register for online classes?

If you have been an active student in the past year, you are already eligible to register for online courses and can do so via WolfWeb. If you are not an admitted student, you can visit our Admission Page to determine the best pathway for your student journey!
